Ask the Architect

We understand, right now, money is tight. And with the housing market the way it is, chances are space is tight too.

  • Perhaps lifestyle changes mean you need your home to work harder?

  • Or you want to create more space as cost-effectively as possible?

  • Maybe you're hunting for a home with real potential to add space and add value?

  • Or simply want buyers to see there's more to your home than meets the eye?

Whatever your dilemma, whatever your budget - we're here to help.

Last year we saved homeowners up to €75,000 by showing them how they could add space and add value to their homes in the most economical way.

With our extensive experience of housing design and the Irish Planning system, we have the solutions to help you assess your options and make informed decisions about your home - from design consultations and property assessments to a full architectural design service.

We even offer regular free design and planning advice here on the living:room blog.
